Clinic equipment
In 2021, RB CLINIC made a complete upgrade of the operating and diagnostic equipment, in other words, the clinic has modern and new equipment
VisuMax® from Carl Zeiss 75 is a femtosecond laser of the latest generation, one of the most reliable modern assistants for refractive surgeons.
Thanks to him, laser vision correction operations are personalized, very fast, without extraneous sounds and smells, regardless of environmental conditions. The intervention takes place literally at the submicron level, while preserving the unique anatomical features of the patient's corneal profile.

The new laser from Carl Zeiss is the result of a brilliant combination of innovative design solutions and many years of professional experience of manufacturers. The competitive technical advantages of VisuMax are due to the stability and reliability of laser radiation and the ultra-precise balance between the energy parameters of the pulses and their operating frequency.

The MEL 90 excimer laser is a powerful addition to the ZEISS refractive laser environment
The MEL 90 excimer laser is a powerful excimer laser technology invented by ZEISS was first used in refractive surgery in 1986. MEL 90 builds on this legacy. Successfully combining years of professional application and innovative performance features, the system provides a very useful use experience.

Specially designed to meet the needs of a modern refractive surgeon, the MEL 90 combines proven safety and individually configurable parameters. The unique properties of the product, such as the FLEXIQUENCE mode switching function (250/500 Hz), the Triple-A ablation profile and the extremely high intraoperative ablation rate of up to 1.3 seconds per diopter, open up completely new treatment prospects in addition to the ZEISS refractive laser environment

In combination with VisuMax®, it becomes possible to perform laser vision correction surgery as safely and accurately as possible.
Pentacam - allows for the most complete diagnostics in preparation for refractive surgery.
Examination on the device is the "gold standard" in diagnostics before laser correction in Europe. All patients planning laser vision correction undergo mandatory testing on this equipment.

Pentacam (Oculus, Germany) is a rotary Scheimpflug camera for computer topography of the cornea and a comprehensive study of the anterior segment of the anterior apple. Testing is carried out based on the analysis of up to 25,000 true points by forming a movable 3-dimensional model in which images of the structures of the eyeball (the anterior and posterior surfaces of the cornea, iris and lens) are formed. The topography (individual corneal irregularities) and pachymetry (thickness) of the entire anterior and posterior surface of the cornea from edge to edge are calculated and displayed. The measurement results are displayed on the monitor screen in the form of color maps, diagrams of three-dimensional images.

One of the most serious complications that can occur during an incomplete diagnostic examination is keratoconus in both clinical and subclinical forms.
Diagnostics on this device takes several minutes and is simple and painless for patients.
HRT-7000, Huvitz (South Korea)
Ophthalmologist's workplace with a comfortable chair
The HRT-7000 ophthalmologist's workplace allows you to link all Huvitz 7000 series devices into a single optometric system that is remotely controlled from one remote control.

This feature makes your workplace more comfortable and modern, providing the most efficient and fast diagnostics and selection of glasses. The HRT-7000 ophthalmologist's workplace is a new step in the effective diagnosis of refraction.
HRT-7000
This device is capable of measuring refraction parameters with high accuracy, determining the axis of the cylinder and astigmatism.
In addition to these "standard measurements", the HRK-9000A Huvitz autorefractometer will help in detecting subjective refraction, contrast sensitivity, as well as tear film rupture time, and, importantly, in assessing the condition of the meibomian glands.
In addition, the wireless connection allows for uninterrupted operation of the device with devices such as the HDR-9000 foroptor and the HLM-9000 diopter, which ensures the versatility of the device.

Cataract removal unit phacoemulsifier INFINITI Alcon (USA). Which makes it possible to operate cataract most safely, taking into account the individual characteristics of the patient's eye, and ensures the most comfortable work of the surgeon.
INFINITI is a unique surgical installation with which you can destroy a cataract by applying three different types of energy: mechanical, ultrasonic or the energy of a high-speed jet of Aqualase liquid, as well as using torsion phacoemulsification. The Infiniti system allows cataract surgery with an extremely small incision. Thanks to the use of the modern Infiniti phacoemulsifier and modern aspherical lenses, it became possible to operate cataracts through a micro incision of only 2-2.2 mm.

Huvitz HS series slit lamps can be equipped with an upper (HS-5000/HS-7000 model) or lower (HS-5500/HS-7500 model) illuminator. Thanks to the 5-stage drum system, a wide range of magnifications is provided, from 6x to 40x.
Thanks to a 30W halogen lamp or an LED element, the image is bright and contrasting. The Huvitz HS series slit lamp microscope is built according to the Galileo scheme, recognized by international standards, provides a wide field of view and a realistic image.

Microscope for ophthalmic surgery
SOM® 62 Ophthalmic Advanced (Germany)
This is a multi-purpose fully motorized ophthalmic microscope that can be used for any ophthalmic operations from cataract to posterior segment interventions.
Crosslinking is a unique and flexible solution.
Keratoconus is a non-inflammatory disease characterized by progressive thinning and deformation of the cornea, which becomes curved and asymmetric in the center (ectasia), taking the shape of a cone. Corneal deformity can cause irregular astigmatism, usually nearsighted, with progressive and disabling vision loss, which is unlikely to be corrected with glasses or contact lenses.
CF X-LINKER system
The FX-LINKER @ system has advanced technical characteristics, as well as a wide range of treatment methods that ensure complete and painless surgery
Corneal Crosslinking (CXL) is a para-surgical technique developed in Dresden in 1998. It consists of photodynamic polymerization of the corneal stroma, aimed at increasing its strength by multiplying collagen fibers, thereby stabilizing the cornea and stopping the progression of keratoconus. CXL is performed using a solution based on riboflavin (vitamin B2) in combination with an ultraviolet light source (UV-A).

Crosslinking increases and strengthens the bonds of collagen fibers, stiffening corneal tissues and stopping the progression of ectasia. Many clinical and experimental studies have demonstrated a significant increase in corneal stiffness after CXL.
The technique can be performed with or without corneal epithelium removal (CXL EFI-OFF) (CXL EFI-ON).
